Eight children from the ages of 11 till 16 travelled over to Bath to compete in the prestigious West of England International Training Camp held in the University of Bath. This gave them a chance to train with both Olympians and the best of British Judoka. It also included touring the facility at Team Bath including their fulltime dojo and learning about how they have produced several Olympians including Prisca Awiti Alcaraz who won Silver in the 2024 Summer Athletics.
More than that, it gave members an opportunity to get to know each other outside of training. Now we take a small break for the summer before our children’s class returns in September 7th.
